HEAL Receives 2024’s Transformative Grant from Impact 100

We are thrilled to announce that the Health & Education Alliance of Louisiana (HEAL) has been awarded 2024’s transformative grant from Impact 100, the Greater New Orleans Foundation’s women’s giving circle. This generous funding will play a crucial role in supporting HEAL’s advocacy work at the state and local government level, advancing the provision of quality health services to vulnerable populations, and promoting health equity for children across Louisiana.

HEAL’s mission is to eliminate health and educational disparities for at-risk children in Louisiana. With this grant, HEAL will work with partner schools and school districts to assist them with increasing the number of health services provided to students within school, ensuring that every child has access to the care they need to thrive.

We extend our sincere thanks to Impact 100 for their support and recognition of our work. We also want to acknowledge and congratulate all of the other organizations that were also considered for this grant. Together, we are making a significant impact on the lives of children and families in our community.
